2026 Charity House

Generously donated by Henley Homes and Villawood Properties, the 2026 Good Friday Appeal charity house is now open for inspection.

The 2026 Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal Home is now open for inspection!

Built by Henley Homes on land donated by Villawood Properties in the Alamora community at Tarneit, the Lancaster 440-D47 from Henley’s Mainvue collection, will be auctioned on Good Friday with no reserve, with all proceeds supporting world-class paediatric care at The Royal Children’s Hospital.

The five-bedroom, 47 sqm home has been built, furnished and landscaped by teams of tradespeople and businesses who have donated their time and supplies to the home.

“Villawood is proud to donate the land at Alamora for this home but what makes it truly special is seeing the community that comes together to deliver it and provide real help to The Royal Children’s Hospital so many families rely upon.” – Rory Costelloe, executive director, Villawood Properties.

Rebecca Cowan, Good Friday Appeal executive director said, “Every dollar raised at auction will go directly to the Good Friday Appeal. The winning family is not just buying an exquisite home; they are building their future on a foundation of extraordinary kindness, turning generosity into life-changing support for The Royal Children’s Hospital.”

The home is open for inspection every Saturday & Sunday 11am-2pm, and every Wednesday 6pm-7pm, at 73 Resort Boulevard, Tarneit.
